1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Massage For You ("Platform," "Site," "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DKVISION LLC. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Platform Description & Disclaimer

Clients contact therapists directly at their own discretion and assume all associated risks.

3. Profile Creation & Administration

Therapist profiles on the Platform may be:

• Submitted and managed directly by therapists through self-registration
• Created or edited by Platform administrators using publicly available information for directory purposes

The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any profile information. Therapists may request edits, updates, or removal of their profiles at any time by contacting support@massage-for-you.com.

"Verified by Admin" designation means only that the profile content has been reviewed for compliance with Platform rules. It does NOT indicate verification of professional credentials, background checks, or endorsement of services.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms

Therapists pay a recurring monthly subscription fee to publish their profile on the Platform.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle until canceled
• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by Stripe. DKVISION LLC does not store credit card data

6. Platform Rights & Content Moderation

DKVISION LLC reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Edit, modify, unpublish, suspend, or permanently delete ANY profile
• Remove photos, text, links, or any other content
• Approve, reject, or modify submitted content
• Terminate any user account for any reason or no reason
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform

No explanation is required for any content moderation decision. All moderation decisions are final.

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Sexual, erotic, or adult services of any kind
• Escorting, companionship, or fetish services
• Sexualized language, imagery, or nudity
• Illegal services or activities
• Misleading, false, or fraudulent information
• Stolen, unauthorized, or copyrighted content
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive content

Violations result in immediate profile removal and account termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DKVISION LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

USERS ACCESS AND USE THE PLATFORM ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DKVISION LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your profile content or conduct
• Any dispute between you and another user

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. DKVISION LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive any objection based on venue or inconvenient forum.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact DKVISION LLC at support@massage-for-you.com to attempt informal resolution of any dispute.

You agree that any claims against DKVISION LLC must be brought individually and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Rules & Content Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DKVISION LLC regarding your use of the Platform.

15. Modifications to Terms

DKVISION LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
