Guidelines for all therapists and users on our platform
Massage For You is an advertising directory only. We are not responsible for services provided by therapists listed on our platform.
All therapists are independent professionals. The platform does not facilitate bookings, payments, or service delivery. Clients contact therapists directly at their own discretion.
The following content is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on Massage For You:
These rules apply to ALL content including:
Profile text, photos, usernames, descriptions, and external links
During registration and profile creation, all therapists must confirm:
"I confirm that I do NOT offer erotic or sexual services and agree to follow all platform rules."
Profiles cannot be published without accepting this agreement.
You are solely responsible for every photograph, image, likeness, text, address, phone number, personal information, and other content you upload to Massage For You.
By submitting content you represent and warrant that you own it or hold all rights, permissions, releases, and consents needed to publish it on the Platform — including the written consent of every identifiable person depicted. You must not upload photos, names, likenesses, or personal information taken, scraped, or copied from any other website, social-media account, or source without the explicit permission of the rights holder.
You grant DKVISION LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for operating and promoting the Platform. You keep ownership of your underlying rights.
No implicit license from "public" content
A photograph, name, likeness, or piece of personal information being publicly accessible elsewhere on the internet does NOT mean it can be reused on Massage For You. Permission from the rights holder is always required.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DKVISION LLC, Massage For You, and their owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from third-party claims — including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, defamation, and personal-information claims — arising from the content you submit. See the Terms of Service (Sections 4A, 8, 9 & 12A) for the full language.
Massage For You does not pre-verify ownership or authorization of content, and does not endorse any individual therapist, listing, or service. Admin review of a profile is only a check for compliance with these rules, not an endorsement.
The platform administrator has the right to:
No refunds will be issued for removals due to rule violations.
If you encounter content that violates our rules, please use the "Report Profile" button on any therapist profile.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, trademark, right of privacy, right of publicity, likeness, or personal-information rights, or was published without the authorization of someone with authority to grant it, send a written notice to:

Subject: "Copyright/Privacy Complaint". Include the exact URL(s), the right being violated, proof of your rights, and your contact details. See Terms of Service Section 12A for the full process.
All reports are reviewed by our admin team. Where appropriate, we remove or disable the content, suspend the responsible account, and preserve relevant records for legal process.
